ArtRewards is a curated marketplace for original art, bringing considered work to collectors across the world. Applying is the first step toward joining a selective community of artists represented on our platform. This page explains what we look for, how to prepare, what the review involves, and what to expect once you are accepted.
What We Look For
ArtRewards is a selective platform. We represent professional and semi-professional artists who approach their practice with discipline and are ready to present original work to an international audience.
When reviewing applications, our curatorial team considers:
- A developed body of work — a portfolio that demonstrates depth, intention, and a point of view.
- A consistent visual practice — a recognisable artistic voice sustained across your work over time.
- The ability to fulfil orders professionally — the capacity to package, document, and dispatch sold work reliably and on time.
We do not require a particular exhibition history. What matters most is a serious, sustained commitment to your craft, reflected clearly in the work you submit.
We welcome artists working across a broad range of mediums and disciplines, including:
- Paintings — oil, acrylic, watercolour, and other media
- Works on paper — including drawing and collage
- Photography and digital art
- Printmaking — including limited edition prints
- Sculpture and three-dimensional work
- Mixed media
Presenting your work thoughtfully gives the curatorial team the clearest possible sense of your practice.
How to Apply
Every application is reviewed individually by our curatorial team. To apply, visit the Sell page and complete the application form. Once submitted, we assess each submission on the strength, consistency, and originality of the work, and on its alignment with the quality and direction of the platform. The review process takes a maximum of five (5) days, after which you will be notified of the outcome.
Because ArtRewards is selective, not all applications are accepted. A careful review helps protect the integrity of the marketplace and the confidence of the collectors who shop within it.
What to Expect After Approval
If your work is a strong fit, we will welcome you to the platform and set up your artist profile. Once you are approved:
- You receive your login credentials by email. We create these for you at no cost and send them directly to you.
- Your dashboard is activated. From here, you can personalise your profile, upload work, and manage the details of each piece, including price and availability.
- Basic Access is applied by default. Every newly accepted artist begins on this plan at no cost. Once inside your dashboard, you can review the full range of available access options and decide whether to upgrade at your own pace.
Identity Verification Is Required
Before you can list any work, you must complete identity verification. This step protects buyers, safeguards the integrity of the marketplace, and confirms that each artist represented on ArtRewards is who they say they are. You will be guided through the process once your profile is set up.
